Linux Accounting

I poverty to Build A Small UNIX Server that module be utilised for the Following:
Host a website of my own.
use it for Ventrilo (max of 100 People)
and protocol files for friends.

Are there some guides to effort started. Im newborn to UNIX and servers. Any Tips, Pointers, and Guides would be appreciated

Distro: CentOS5
Control: cPanel Control Panel
MySQL: 5

Bluehost has protocol and more than sufficiency bandwidth. They are streaming UNIX servers. If you requirement more content I’ll be bright to provide it.
